Kimberley has become a town of entrepreneurs. This gathering, at the striking Stemwinder Chalet, was a good cross-section of the who’s-who in the business community. The venue is stunning, with it’s amazing larch posts and beams and the company gathered within is pretty sweet too. I feel grateful to be in business surrounded by people like this.

Once a year we gather at Mabel Lake to do yoga with Lisa Dumas, be pampered by the amazing staff of Crave Massage and eat beautiful, healthy food prepared by Andrea Schiiler. Every evening with dinner, I lead a short wine class for the group. Mindfulness in drinking your wine, eating your food and the pairing of the two has more in common with yoga than I thought possible.
